« prawns with fennel and brandy | Main | crunchy chewy choc chip cookies »

created in 1999 by dick bradsell, and described by him thus: “it may make you wobble, but it won't make you fall down", this is a wonderfully fruity and very drinkable cocktail (the drinkability is probably what makes you fall down…).

shake with ice, 1 shot gin, 1 shot sloe gin, 1 shot grapefruit juice, ¼ shot lemon juice, ⅛ shot sugar syrup and ⅛ shot crème de mûre liqueur (we use a mix of sirop de cassis and chambord). fine strain into a chilled glass.

It sounds very refreshing. As my 80 year old mom would say, "it gives you wibbly knees'"
