almond martini

this almond flavoured martini is not one that i’m a fan of but david was smitten. i consoled myself by messing around with taking photos of reflections…

shake with ice, two shots of vodka, ¾ of a shot of amaretto and ¼ of a shot of dry vermouth. you could also add ¾ of a shot of chilled water. strain into a martini glass, sink three almonds and serve.
