this is a gorgeous drink if you are a fan of campari. the sweetness comes from the bourbon and it has a wonderfully old fashioned and refined (you can only sip this) feeling.

stir with ice, 1¼ shots of bourbon, 1¼ shots of campari and 1¼ shots of dry vermouth. strain into a martini glass and garnish with a strip of orange zest.
