this is the descriptor from london-based hansen & lydersen about their smoked salmon which is, i think, the most delicious i have ever tasted. madly expensive - £5 for 100g at broadway market, but well worth it as a treat, especially if you also pick up some rye and hazel nut bread to serve it on.
