This is the descriptor from London-based hansen & lydersen about their smoked salmon which is, I think, the most delicious I have ever tasted. madly expensive - £5 for 100g at Broadway market, but well worth it as a treat, especially if you also pick up some rye and hazel nut bread to serve it on.
