roasted apricots with lavender
these apricots weren't great - a bit sharp and a bit woolly in texture. the magic of roasting rescued them - i sprinkled them with soft brown sugar and lavender flowers then roasted them at 180c until they were starting to soften (about 20 minutes). we ate these with fresh raspberries and strawberries, sprinkled with a bit more soft brown sugar and some double cream. a lovely seasonal treat.
