heart of stone daiquiri
A cocktail that tastes light, fresh and wintry, with a hint of spice.
Rinse a martini glass with a little spiced rum, discarding any excess, then set aside. Shake with ice, 1 shot white rum, 3/4 shot lillet blanc (the original recipe calls for amontillado sherry but we didn’t have any), 1/2 shot apricot brandy, 1/2 shot lemon juice and 1/4 shot sugar syrup. Strain into your glass and serve.
